Another Flag Day, eh?

Yesterday , we were out and saw ALL these darn flags off CLT street, and thought, "oh, well, is this yet another algo for the Obamas?

Seems like they put up those ex pensive $1.65 M signs, that are now PEELING off their platforms.
Man, we could of bought a darn yacht with that money!

They are like little art works, but we got enuf art in this town. Everyone is decorated to the nines in terms of tattoos.
That's art! We don't need more! LOL

anyway... I realize it was FLAG DAY! I think one of my kin was born on Flag Day and she was very patriotic.
I also realized we just bought our own puppy on Flag Day, well, that figures cuz the pup's american born.. and so sweet and loayl and good hearted.
Typical American.. at least the americans we used to be proud of.

Congressman Bob Ethridge of NC has just been found to assaulted a young nicely dressed college student becuase he asked what he thought of Obama's agenda?
Since when is agenda a curse word? Congressman grabbed the guy's wrist and wouldn't let go, insisting on KNOWING the student's name!

Is this man a COP or a Congressman? anyway, imho, he needs to leave office and be sitting at the police station, awaiting to be arrested for assault!
Darn tired of these public officials who think they are King of the Planet or something. How abusive. I didn't even want to watch the whole video, that disturbing!

That's very typical though of NC. I heard one of my friends had his Labrador SHOT & KILLED down in the Burke Co. area by police, just because the dog wandered a bit off his property! The dog wasn't biting anyone. Labs are generally known to be very sweet dogs.

I know that guy, and he himself is a real sweetheart. One of the best workers they ever hired at a big name hardware store.

Shaking head.. We're in America here, right???? I have to wonder. I love the american flag, for i love what it stands for? Freedom for blacks, women, orientals, hispanics, Jews, etc., etc. , freedom of speech, the right to whine about our govt. Our founding fathers did one kick arse job of writing that constition too.. Heard it was a wicked hot summer too up in Beantown and in Philly! No A/C back then, recuerdo?

Well, let's hope it's going to be a peaceful summer this year. I bet the hurricanes are getting ready to start hitting the coasts though.
We got BIG heat wave rather earlier. it's not quite summer either, June 15th. that's still spring, but they're having heat advisories all over the deep south in SC!
Be careful people where you leave your dog or cat!

That's another reason I don't see that Anti-Chain law passed in Asheville, NC!
If we have a summer storm, the power can well go off, and if your dog or cat is trapped inside, and say you're trapped due to a bad storm and cannot get home, those poor animals are going to suffer big time, fi you got no windows open and were relying on your a/c.

I think all landlords should have a back up a/c via a geneartor, powered electronically or electrically myself!
